In Notification number 2011-050 of 4 March 2011, the Secretariat invited Parties, Governments, international organizations and local communities, to nominate experts to participate in the meeting. In this regard, I am pleased to announce that the selection of participants has been completed, based on the expertise of nominees, the need to ensure fair and equitable geographic representation and gender balance.
