I am very pleased to inform you that at the kind invitation of the Government of Switzerland, the second meeting of the past, present and incoming COP Presidencies was convened under the chairmanship of Japan, acting as COP 10 President, on 3 September 2011 in Bogis-Bossey, Switzerland. The participants of the meeting adopted and signed the Geneva Call for Urgent Action on the Implementation of the Successful Nagoya Outcomes, which can be accessed at: http://www.cbd.int/hlm/2011/.
