The purpose of this notification is to invite Parties, other Governments, international organizations, indigenous and local communities and relevant stakeholders to submit views and information in preparation for the Second Meeting of the Open-ended Ad Hoc Intergovernmental Committee for the Nagoya Protocol on Access and Benefit-sharing (Intergovernmental Committee) to be held from 9 to 13 April 2012, in India.
