Reminder to those Parties which have not made any nomination for the technical experts meeting on the requirements of paragraph 2(a) of Article 18 of the Biosafety Protocol but would still like to do so, to submit the name(s) and Curriculum Vitae of their expert(s) to the Secretariat as soon as possible but not later than 28 February 2002
