Considering the limited number of submissions received during the first electronic consultation and the high interest in the guidelines demonstrated by Governments, NGOs and Indigenous and Local Communities during the World Ecotourism Summit, the Secretariat has launched a second round of consultations to give interested stakeholders the opportunity to further contribute to the revision of the draft international guidelines for activities related to sustainable tourism development.
