The Ad Hoc Open-ended Inter-sessional Working Group on Article 8(j) and Related Provisions will meet at the International Civil Aviation Organization, in Montreal, Canada, from 8 to 12 December 2003. The Executive Secretary invites NGOs, UN Organizations and Specialized Agencies, IGOs and private sector to nominate a representative to attend the meeting
