Pursuant to decisions VII/33, the Executive Secretary has prepared draft proposals as referred to in paragraphs 3 and 4 and hereby invites Parties, Governments and relevant international organizations to submit to the Secretariat written comments thereon as soon as practicable but in any case no later than 30 September 2005. The proposals can be accessed on the CBD website.
