At its second meeting held from 30 May to 3 June 2005 in Montreal, the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety (COP-MOP/2) adopted a number of decisions requesting action from donor Parties and Governments on certain issues that were for consideration by the meeting.
