The Executive Secretary has prepared draft consolidated decisions in the areas specified in recommendation 1/2 of the Working Group on Review of Implementation of the Convention and hereby invites Parties, governments and relevant international organizations to submit to the Secretariat written comments thereon as soon as practicable but no later than 20 November 2005.
