I am writing in connection with Notification No. 2005-119 (Ref.: SCBD/I&O/CHM/MS/49984) dated 10 November 2005 whereby Parties from the Central and Eastern Europe region were requested to submit a nomination of an expert to participate in the CBD Clearing-House Mechanism and EC Clearing-House Mechanism Joint Regional Meeting for Central and Eastern Europe, to be held in Tallinn, Estonia from 13 to 15 December 2005. In view of the fact that some Parties require additional time in which to complete their nomination, I wish to inform you that the deadline has been extended to Monday, 28 November 2005.
