I would like to invite you to take measures towards implementing decision BS-III/10, the Curitiba rules, and in particular to submit the information requested under paragraphs 2 and 11 of the decision to the Secretariat at your earliest convenience, but no later than 14 December 2007, in order to enable us to prepare a compilation or a synthesis for consideration by the fourth meeting of COP-MOP .
