Pursuant to paragraph 15 of decision BS-III/2 on the Biosafety Clearing-House (BCH), which was taken by the third meeting of the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Protocol (COP-MOP), I am pleased to announce that the Secretariat has produced a new offline version of the BCH on CD-ROMs for distribution to Governments that require them.
