Reference is made to my earlier Notification dated 16 April 2007 (Reference: SCBD/BS/WDY/ABw/58011), concerning the Submission of First Regular National Reports, as called for under Article 33 (Monitoring and Reporting) of the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety, as well as relevant decisions of the Conference of the Parties serving as the Meeting of the Parties to the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety (COP-MOP).
