Notification from the Executive Secretary to ICCP National Focal Points, CBD National Focal Points (where ICCP NFPs have not yet been designated) of developing countries and countries with economies in transition, regarding participation in the Open-ended Expert Meeting on Capacity-Building for the Implementation of the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety (11-13 July 2001).
