Convention on Biological Diversity Launches Adaptation Website

Bali, 13 December 2007 – To promote efforts that will allow all forms of life on Earth to cope with climate change, the Convention’s Biodiversity Adaptation website was officially launched today by the Executive Secretary, Ahmed Djoghlaf and the Director General of Germany’s Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety, Jochen Flasbarth during a press briefing on the margins of thirteenth Conference of the Parties (COP) of the UNFCCC in Bali.
