Rwanda third country to ratify the Nagoya Protocol on genetic resources

Montreal, 5 April 2012 – On 20 March 2012, Rwanda became the third country to ratify the Nagoya Protocol on Access to Genetic Resources and the Fair and Equitable Sharing of Benefits Arising from their Utilization to the Convention on Biological Diversity.
