The ABIA, BIO and Crop Life International (CLI) will co-sponsor an interactive panel discussion exploring national ABS experiences of CBD Members and the lessons, both positive and negative, for development of an international ABS regime. This event will include internationally recognized experts on technology transfer, development of concrete benefits for local industry (e.g. in traditional medicines), and key points relating to certificate systems, among others.
