Tenth meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity (COP 10)

The GEF has been working with the local and indigenous communities on many of its projects and programs. The side event will be a forum to have an interactive dialogue with the indigenous peoples on biodiversity issues, including introduction of the GEF’s experience on projects and approaches related to Indigenous Peoples. Projects and initiatives from the GEF portfolio including activities of the GEF/Small Grants Programme and GEF NGO Network will be highlighted.
