Third meeting of the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety (BS COP MOP 3)

We plan to have a reception with a number of display tables set up with information and we will serve food and drinks (similar to what we did at COP/MOP-3 in Montreal) so would appreciate it if we could hold this in a public area easily accessible.
