Third meeting of the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety (BS COP MOP 3)

The idea is to explain the potential regulatory challenges related to the Cartagena Protocol implementation based on the experiences of countries who have finished Phase I of the UNEP-GEF project in order to deal with cross-cutting issues and challenges that could interest countries that are still in Phase I and going through the process of creating a national biosafety framework and draft law.
