Description |
|
The handbook has been developed by the UNDP in co-operation with the Climate Technology
Initiative (CTI) and with input from a wide range of multilateral agencies and country experts. It has been designed to provide guidance on how to develop a straightforward approach to technology needs assessment (TNA) that may be adopted and adapted by countries undertaking TNA. The primary purpose is to help countries find ways of encouraging technology transfer as defined by the UNFCCC. |
