How to manage your side-events

Select the appropriate meeting in the drop-down list.

To submit a new side-event, click the New button.

To review an existing side-event, click the corresponding Review button.

List of CBD meetings open for side-events
Preference will be given to side-events which are of direct relevance to the issues that will be discussed at the SBSTTA-19 and WG8J-09 meetings. If the number of applications exceeds the number of available slots, the number of side event requests per Government or Observer Organization will be limited. Partners may be encouraged to co organize events of a similar topic. Please note that on this occasion spaces for events will be extremely limited.
