Target 19 specifically mandates CBD Parties to substantially and progressively increase the level of financial resources in an effective, timely and easily accessible manner including domestic, international, public and private resources to enhance the role of collective action by IPs and LCs and community-based natural resources management (Target 19, (f)). In this side event we will discuss matters related to the implementation of this target.
