Further to my earlier Notification of 23 November 2004, I am writing with respect to your country`s participation in the upcoming tenth meeting of the Subsidiary Body on Scientific, Technical and Technological Advice (SBSTTA-10) and the third meeting of the Ad Hoc Open-ended Working Group on Access and Benefit-Sharing (ABS-3) to be held in Bangkok, Thailand respectively from 7 to 11 February 2005 and 14 to 18 February 2005. Following the COP Bureau meeting which took place in Montreal, Canada on 22 and 23 December 2004, I am pleased to inform you that the Secretariat is in a position to finance the participation of one delegate for each of the above-mentioned meetings (i.e. one delegate for SBSTTA-10 meeting and a second delegate for ABS-3 meeting).
