Parties are invited to submit to the Secretariat, by 31 December 2006, information regarding measures taken to support compliance with prior informed consent and mutually agreed terms on which access was granted, where there is utilization of genetic resources or associated traditional knowledge. This information will be compiled by the Secretariat and made available to the fifth meeting of the Working Group on Access and Benefit-sharing.
