I am pleased to inform you that the fourth meeting of the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety and the ninth meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Convention will be held in Bonn, Germany, respectively, on 12-16 May and 19-30 May 2008.
