This side event will feature a discussion about factors that have proven crucial for enabling implementation of the PoW in a number of countries, including national multi-stakeholder coalitions, action grants, multi-country voluntary commitments, and regional catalyzing workshops. It will also provide an opportunity to look ahead to COP-10 when this Programme of Work will be reviewed, in order to consider means of strengthening the mechanisms that enable implementation.
