The world is aiming at food, wood and energy security with minimizing climate change and safeguarding biodiversity. However, these issues are mutually related; solving the one should be integrated with solving the other ones. In the side-event, quantitative options for biodiversity are related to options for energy use and climate change, food consumption and agriculture/fisheries, and wood consumption and forestry.
