Havana, Sep 17 (Prensa Latina) Strengthen international alliances to protect the environment and help the most vulnerable countries to be prepared for natural disasters, was a call echoed by the Deputy Executive Director of UNEP, Ibrahim Thiaw, during his visit to Cuba.
