A three-day regional capacity-building workshop for the updating and revision of National Biodiversity Strategies and Action Plans (NBSAPs) for the Arctic Region will be held at
GRID Arendal, Norway, during the week of 03-07 October 2011 (
exact dates to be determined). The workshop is being convened by the Secretariat of the Convention on Biological Diversity (SCBD), in collaboration with GRID Arendal, UNEP Moscow, CAFF, WWF, and IUCN, amongst others.
