Title Marine System Valuation: An Application to Coral Reef Systems in the Developing Tropics. Results for Montego Bay, Jamaica
Description The objective of this research is to assist policy makers in managing and protecting coral reefs by deriving improved estimates of coral reef economic benefits. While the research area of biodiversity valuation has grown significantly over the past decade, most research efforts dealing with valuation focus on terrestrial diversity; no methodical investigation has been made of marine biodiversity valuation issues.
