    Article 6. Exemptions

    1. Parties may provide, in their domestic law, for the following exemptions:
      1. Act of God or force majeure; and
      2. Act of war or civil unrest.
    2. Parties may provide, in their domestic law, for any other exemptions or mitigations as they may deem fit.
