Status and Trends of Biodiversity

Overview

Congo is represented by three distinct ecosystems: the coastal and inshore ecosystem, the forest ecosystem and the savannah ecosystem. The marine ecosystem seems to be disturbed mainly by offshore oilfields, and their pollutants.
