Dear Madam/Sir, The Secretariat would like to inform delegates attending the ninth meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity (COP 9) being held in Bonn, Germany, from 19-30 May 2008, that pre-registration of delegates will be transferred from our offices in Montreal to the on-site location of the COP 9 on Monday, 12 May, 2008. All nominations received until this date will be processed in Montreal, following which delegates are requested to register in person on-site at the Maritim Hotel. On-site registration will commence on Friday, 16 May, 2008 at 09:00 AM. When registering on-site, delegates are kindly reminded to present their national passport, as well as their letter of accreditation.
