Dear Madam/Sir, I am pleased to inform you that a partnership agreement established between the CBD Secretariat and Birdlife International to support implementation of the Strategic Plan and attainment of the Aichi-Nagoya targets launched at COP 10 was formalized on 20 December by signature of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in the presence of BirdLife’s Honorary President, Her Imperial Highness Princess Takamado of Japan.
