Dear Madam/Sir, Madam/Sir, I am pleased to inform you that the message of the United Nations Secretary-General on the occasion of this year’s International Day for Biological Diversity (IDB) under the theme of “Mainstreaming Biodiversity; Sustaining People and their Livelihoods” is available in the six official languages of the United Nations on the CBD website at: https://www.cbd.int/idb/2016/messages/. In addition, the CBD Secretariat is pleased to inform you that the social media content is now available on Trello: https://trello.com/b/waEib6zI. The Trello board will be updated with information until 22 May so please keep checking for more content as it becomes available. As per standard practice, the Secretariat has developed a variety of outreach materials to help celebrate this important day which are available for all to use to help promote their activities at: https://www.cbd.int/idb/2016/Promotional-Material.shtml.
