Dear Madam/Sir, Further to notification 2017-059, I am pleased to inform Parties and observers that the pre-session document entitled “Guidance for better governance towards a sustainable, participatory and inclusive wild meat sector” is now available for review on the website of the Convention at: https://www.cbd.int/sbstta21-wg8j10/review. The deadline for submitting comments is 13 September 2017. The final version of this document will be considered by the twenty-first meeting of the Subsidiary Body on Scientific, Technical and Technological Advice, when it meets in Montreal, Canada, from 11 to 14 December 2017. Please note that this document is an unedited draft, for comments only, and not for citation or other uses.
