Notification 2024-039

Dear Sir or Madam, 

Further to notification 2024-038 issued on 26 April 2024, inviting Parties and observers to submit nominations to register to the UN Biodiversity Conference 2024, the Secretariat is pleased to inform Parties and observers that there will be a limited number of exhibition booths, pavilions, and country office spaces in the venue available to Parties and observers, at cost. 

Information on specifications and details for each space, as well as the associated cost, is available at: https://www.cbd.int/conferences/2024/exhibition-space. In this context, I am pleased to invite Parties and observers to submit expressions of interest for these spaces by completing the following form: https://forms.office.com/e/SBXhHhxuKQ as soon as possible but no later than 10 May 2024. Spaces will be allocated once the overall demand has been assessed, and preference will be given to joint initiatives or coalitions. Successful applicants will be contacted and directed to the service provider for the corresponding arrangements and payment, which need to be finalized promptly. 

Exhibitors are encouraged to reflect the COP 16 theme “Peace with Nature” in planning and designing their exhibitions.
