What will be your message to the Heads of States meeting on biodiversity on 20 September 2010 in New York and to the delegates to COP 10?

That biodiversity needs to be treated like all the other problems that they are taking care of, biodiversity is important so they need to show the importance, like giving serious punishemnts to the people that don't obey the law.
