Session 2d: Examples of how jurisdictions have resolved specific e-commerce issues (positive and negative outcomes) and what tools or measures in place or under development [#1431]
In Canada, we are focusing on public outreach, partnerships with other countries to exchange information on non-compliances and the development of a web-based monitoring tool to collect and analyze data from popular e-commerce sites (pilot project). I can elaborate on each initiative in subsequent posts in this thread.

In China, The Law of E-commerce is implemented in 2019. General Administration of Customs, P.R.China also has established several relevant regulations.
