Request to National Focal Points to advise the Secretariat, by no later than 26 October 2001, of the name of the Government official designated to attend the Open-ended Inter-sessional Meeting on the Strategic Plan, National Reports and the Implementation of the Convention (MSP) to be held in Montreal from 19 to 21 November 2001, back-to-back with SBSTTA-7.
