The Executive Secretary informs Parties and Governments that the Open-ended Expert Workshop on Capacity-building for Access to Genetic Resources and Benefit-sharing will be held from 2 to 4 December 2002 at the International Civil Aviation Organization Conference Center in Montreal, Canada
