A Workshop on Incentive Measures will be held from 3-5 June 2003. The purpose of the workshop is to elaborate proposals for the application of ways and means to remove or mitigate perverse incentives. Governments are invited to submit names and curriculum vitae of suitably qualified experts to the Secretariat no later than 31 March 2003
