Notification 2004-084

The purpose of this notification is to invite indigenous and local community representatives and relevant stakeholders to take specific actions to contribute to the preparatory work for the third meeting of the Ad Hoc Open-ended Working Group on Access and benefit-sharing and for the dissemination of information in accordance with decision VII/19 of the Conference of the Parties (COP) to the Convention on Biological Diversity, on access and benefit-sharing as related to genetic resources.
