Notification 2010-197

Dear Madam/Sir, Following the First Forum on South-South Cooperation on Biodiversity for Development on 17 October 2010, in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, Japan, the Secretariat of the CBD has substituted the previous draft of the Multi-Year Plan of Action for South-South Cooperation on Biodiversity for Development posted on COP 10 webpage (http://www.cbd.int/cop10/doc/ ) as UNEP/SCBD/COP/10/18/Add.1, with the document UNEP/SCBD/COP/10/18/Add.1/Rev.1, which has been adopted by the Group of 77 and China as the result of the Forum. The draft decision will be further submitted by Yemen on behalf of the Group of 77 and China during the negotiations under agenda item 4.9. Please accept, Madam/Sir, the assurances of my highest consideration.
