Hotel Accommodation for the sixth meeting of the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties (COP-MOP 6) to the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety and the eleventh meeting of the Conference of the Parties (COP 11) to the Convention on Biological Diversity
Dear Madam/Sir, Reference is made to the sixth meeting of the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties (COP-MOP 6) to the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety and the eleventh meeting of the Conference of the Parties (COP 11) to the Convention on Biological Diversity to be held from 1 5 October and 8-19 October, respectively, in Hyderabad, India. Please note that participants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations for the above-mentioned meetings. A list of hotels approved by the host country, together with the Secretariat, is now available on the host country’s website under the Accommodation section: www.cbdcop11india.in/accomodation.html. MCI Management India Pvt. Ltd, the official conference manager and housing agency, is handling hotel reservations on a first-come, first-serve basis. Participants eligible to receive funding by the CBD, are kindly required to send an email to MCI Management indicating the hotel name, accommodation dates and specify that they are CBD funded participants.
