Dear Madam/Sir, Dear Madam/Sir, I am pleased to inform Parties that consultation of draft documents on national reporting and the Guidelines for the sixth national report are now available for review on the website of the Convention at (http://www.cbd.int/sbstta20/review). The deadline for review comments is 31 January 2016. The final versions of these documents will be considered by the first meeting of the Subsidiary Body on Implementation (SBI 1). They will also be made available for the twentieth meeting of the Subsidiary Body on Scientific, Technical and Technological Advice (SBSTTA 20). I also take this opportunity to remind Parties that peer review drafts of other documents for consideration by SBSTTA 20 are being made available on the website of the Convention at (http://www.cbd.int/sbstta20/review). The document on New and emerging issues relating to the conservation and sustainable use of biological diversity was made available recently with a deadline for comments of 15 January 2016. The document on Invasive alien species will be made available in the coming days with a deadline for comments of 24 January 2016.
