Dear Madam/Sir, The purpose of this notification is to remind the participants of the 2018 United Nations Biodiversity Conference to book their hotel accommodation as soon as possible at the following website: https://www.cop14-egypt.com/participants/accommodation/. The link provides a list of a wide selection of hotels at special negotiated rates. Complimentary transportation from/to the airport and from/to the venue will be provided only to the participants staying at one of the hotels listed on the above-indicated website. To ensure adequate number of buses at the airport and at each hotel, please e-mail your arrival and departure flight details as well as the name of your hotel to accommodation@cop14-egypt.com. Participants are also encouraged to check the Information Note for Participants for new updates on catering and visa procedures. I thank you for your kind attention to the above matters.
