When preparing their fourth national report, Parties are requested to provide information while focussing on: outcomes and impacts of actions or measures taken to implement the Conventionsuccess stories and case-studies, if anymajor obstacles encountered in implementationactions that need to be taken to enhance implementation English Spanish French Arabic Chinese Russian Reference Manual The reference manual for the fourth national report provides further, more detailed suggestions for the preparation of the fourth national report, as well as a list of materials and web links which countries can use when preparing their report. Reference Manual (Information in Annex II updated) Sample chapters The sample chapters, appendices, etc. below have been kindly contributed by some countries in advance of the official submission of the final report. Please note that this information serves only to provide an illustration of what chapters of the fourth national report may look like and are not for quotation.
