National Biodiversity Week Ireland 2022
Explore the rich variety of life in Ireland this May with a host of wonderful events and activities for the whole family. This year join in with our 10th annual Biodiversity Photographer of the Year competition, a weekend Biolitz and Scavenger Hunt, and events every day on all things wildlife in Ireland! Events will be both in person and virtual, so everyone can take part

Bealtaine Living Earth Festival 2022
Bealtaine Living Earth Festival celebrates biodiversity and natural heritage in the South East of Ireland. This is the 18th year of the festival which introduces people to the wonders of our planet at the start of the summer so they can continue to enjoy and explore throughout the season. It is a partnership of government and community groups. School pupils, adults and families will attend workshops and presentations which features biodiversity of the region.

| Bealtaine Living Earth Festival celebrates biodiversity and natural heritage in the South East of Ireland. This is the 17th year of the festival and it runs online because of Covid-19 restrictions. It is a partnership of government and community groups. Around 5,000 school pupils are attending online presentations on biodiversity. For adults, we have LivingEarthTV every evening which features biodiversity of the region and discussion. All welcome on zoom or on the live stream. | |
